Door detailing and assembly systems
LEHBRINK’s machining centers for door machining perform the complete range of drilling and shaping steps to process door panels. Depending on the requirements, the systems are designed for flexible batch size 1 as well as for large-scale productions.
Combined with assembly and magazine units, subsequent steps, such as the mounting of fittings and door locks, can also be performed automatically. Drilling machine and routing machine units can be varied to enable the complete processing of door panel sides and surfaces. Depending on the equipment, the machining centers can process six door panels per minute. In addition, the machines can also process additional materials such as metal and fireproof composites.

Lock case and strike plate routing
Thanks to the freely programmable feed, all LEHBRINK machines for door panel processing enable perfect results when routing pockets and rebates for lock cases and strike plates. The robust and solid machine design guarantees the highest processing precision and quality for a variety of materials even under high loads.
In addition to the lock case and strike plate processing, routing for further closing mechanisms is also possible.

In addition to the lock case and strike plate processing, routing for further closing mechanisms is also possible.
Handle and keyhole routing
Depending on the customer's requirements, it is possible to process the handle hole and keyhole either from one side of the door or from the top and bottom simultaneously. The keyhole and handle hole processing are individually adapted to the customer's requirements.
Hinge routing
LEHBRINK special purpose machines enable any drilling and routing for all standard hinge types in the highest precision and quality: tear-free routing, running clockwise and counter-clockwise, horizontally and vertically, as well as pre-drillings for screw-in hinges. In addition, it is also possible to feed the machines automatically with fittings like hinge pockets out of a magazine.
1 to 6-sided partial or full machining on the door leaves
In addition to the door panel processing steps listed above, further door machining is possible with the special purpose machines from LEHBRINK depending on customer requirements, such as: drilling spy holes, routing light cut-outs, ITS routing, routing of lowerable floor seals, shaping, routing of rebates.
